Warrior Fitness classes are a fusion of fitness, conditioning, mixed martial arts, and mindfulness inspired workouts. Transform your lunch hour into a dynamic fitness conditioning hour that will take you to a new level of fitness, health and wellness!

A typical Warrior Fitness class includes:

10-15 minutes: setting intention, warm up, and stretching
30-40 minutes: warrior inspired workout (punching, kicking, jumping, and more)
10-15 minutes: cool down and grounding
